The 6-element Apo 61EDPH II with 61mm aperture and 274mm focal length was developed by Teleskop-Service for astrophotography.

TS-Optics 61EDPH II 6 Element Flat Field Apochromat
The TS-Optics 61EDPH is aimed at astrophotographers and nature photographers. It impresses with its compact dimensions and high-quality triple lens. The 3-element corrector has been specially developed for this apo and creates a very well corrected field of view with a diameter of 44mm, ideal for full-frame cameras. The fast f/4.5 aperture ratio allows for short exposure times. The 61EDPH is a portable, fast travel apophoto for astrophotography.
Important: The corrector can be attached to the focuser in two ways. With the correct one, the long part points towards the extension tube and the short part towards the camera.
Connecting cameras to the apo:
An M48x0.75 thread is available on the back of the stable 2.5" focuser. The working distance from this thread to the camera sensor is exactly 55mm. This is ideal for all astro cameras and DSLR cameras. / SLR Matching t-rings can be found in the accessories section.
The TS 61EDPH offers a connection for 2" nebula filters
Simply unscrew the corrector extension from the focuser and you will find the internal M48x0.75 thread on the camera side at the end of the extension. The 55mm working distance does not change. You can continue to use your adaptation, either with or without a filter.
Fixing the TS 61EDPH to supports
The CNC clamp has a GP and EQ5 style dovetail bar at the base. You can attach the telescope to suitable quick-disconnect mounts and travel mounts, such as the Skywatcher Star Adventurer. Matching dovetail clamps can be found in the accessories section. In addition, the rail also has a 1/4" photo tripod thread. Therefore, the Apo fits directly onto any photo tripod, such as a telephoto lens.
The carrying handle is a true multifunctional piece.
The handle not only makes it easy to mount on the photo tripod, but is also the basis for future adaptations. The handle has an elongated hole and a 1/4" photo tripod thread. You can attach a ball head to it, for example, and mount a second camera in parallel. Next to the grip handle is a search shoe for search scopes, Mini guide viewers or direction finders.
Observation by the TS61EDPH
Although apochromatic was developed for astrophotography, it also allows observation. Unscrew the photo corrector. You have available internal thread M63x1. Then screw on the 2" adapter, which is included in the scope of delivery. A 2" to 1.25" plug-in adapter is also available. The back focus is sufficient to use 1.25" star diagonals and eyepieces. and 2" as well. Nothing stands in the way of nature and stargazing.
