TS DX Dovetail Clamp with Locking Screw

The dovetail clamp is suitable for all dovetail bars and double fittings with Vixen/EQ5 level connection dimensions. The bottom of the clamp is flat. You can use the countersunk holes to fix the clamp to flat surfaces, for example with M6 or 1/4" countersunk screws. The Prism Clamp is larger and more robust than comparable clamps and is therefore also suitable for heavier instruments.

The large clamp screw is clearly offset from the flat base of the clamp. This also allows the clamp to be attached to large areas and there is still enough room for a clean clamp.

Other application areas of the PrismenklemmeDX:

♦ Vixen EQ5 style quick coupler for your photo tripod. Attach the dovetail clamp to your photo tripod with the 1/4" photo thread and you can attach your telescope or spotting scope to your photo tripod with the appropriate dovetail bar.

♦ Base for a sliding weight: With the 1kg sliding weight with photo tripod thread, the PrismenklemmeDX becomes a good sliding weight that fits all Vixen style dovetail bars.
