TS-Optics Losmandy-Level lightweight dovetail bar with flat contact surface
The dovetail bar is very solid and supports even heavy telescopes without vibration. The weight of the dovetail bar has been uncompromisingly saved so that the mount is not loaded unnecessarily. However, the rail offers a high level of rigidity thanks to a well dimensioned wall thickness.
Four slotted holes, suitable for M6 and 1/4" hexagon socket screws, allow flexible attachment of pipe clamps or other components such as ball heads or prism clamps. This makes the rail ideal for building a flexible parallel fixing.
The dovetail bar fits the following mounts, among others:
