Description

Sky-Watcher offers a dual-axis motorization with a self-guiding socket racket for EQ3-2 type mounts. The Sky-Watcher hand controller includes 4 buttons: 2 for right ascension corrections and 2 for declination corrections The hand controller has 3 speeds: 0.5x / 2x / 16x (sidereal speed), a three-way switch positions: hemisphere north / stop / southern hemisphere and a switch for "Sun / Moon / Star" tracking speeds.

When used with a ground rectifier or elbow, it is possible to reverse the direction of the 4 buttons (up, down, left, right). The ST-4 plug attached to the racket also allows you to self-guide. Power can be supplied by a battery box (not included). An external 6 volt DC power supply can also be used (not included). This model is designed to be mounted exclusively on supports with double axis motor type EQ5 / NEQ5.
