TS-Optics T2 Helical Focuser and Variable T2 Extension Adapter

Many telescopes, such as the Schmidt-Cassegrain or the Maksutov, offer a fairly low sharpness setting. This helical focuser offers a much more precise and comfortable focus. Simply turn the knurled ring and achieve perfect focus with your telescope or telephoto lens. The camera does not rotate when you adjust it, so the orientation of the image is always preserved.

Simply screw the TS Helical Focuser onto your telescope's T2 thread or adapt the focuser to a 2" or 1.25" receptacle using the optional plug adapter. Adapters can be found in the recommended accessories.

You can also screw the helical focuser onto the T2 thread of your telephoto lens to precisely focus eyepieces or compact cameras.

Adaptation of cameras or eyepieces to the helical focuser:

In the accessories area you will find the most important connection adapters for the T2 thread of the adapter or focuser. You can use DSLR cameras, but also CCD cameras or eyepieces with the appropriate adapters.
