These guide scope rings are suitable for telescopes with an outer diameter of 70 to 120mm. A guide telescope with a diameter of 65mm is only suitable if your guide star is almost parallel to the main telescope. Because: With a diameter of 65mm, there are only a few threads left to center an off center star. Therefore, we recommend: It is better to use a guide scope with an outer diameter of 70mm or more. For smaller optics, the 105mm Basic Guide Scope Rings are a good option.
