TS-Optics M48 Adapter - 2" Filter Thread to T2
The short adapter allows you to connect accessories with an internal thread M48x0.75 to the external thread T2.

TS-Optics thread ring from M48 to T2
The adapter has the 48mm thread as its external thread, which is also the thread on all 2" color and nebula filters. This short adapter is mainly used in photography.
Some application areas of the TST2-M48L adapter:
♦ Expansion of T2 male thread to M48 male thread. This allows you to connect M48 accessories to T2.
♦ M48 Internal Thread to T2 Internal Thread Reduction: This allows you to connect adapters, microfocusers, extensions, etc., that have a 2" filter thread (M48x0.75 internal thread) on the telescope side, to the T2 system.
♦ 2" filter connection to T2. You can screw the adapter into the internal thread M48 of the 2" filter holder (if available) and thus have a T2 connection.
