TS adapter with internal thread M54x0.75 and external thread T2
The adapter reduces an M54 male thread to a T2 male thread. Among other things, there are two application areas for this adapter:
♦ The adapter fits all telescopes with an external thread M54x0.75 on the focuser. It transitions to T2. With a suitable T2 ring (see recommended accessories), you can connect your SLR camera directly.
♦ M54 photographic thread is also common in CCD photography. Many filter wheels or filter drawers have this connection thread. This M54/T2 adapter allows CCD cameras with a T2 thread to be connected to filter wheels and filter drawers with an M54 thread connection.
