The FTF3235B-A is a high-end focuser for refracting telescopes for applications such as astrophotography, but also for observation with 3" eyepieces.

Starlight Instruments TRUE 3" Touch Pen Focuser with Micro Reduction - 88.9mm Adjustment Range
This focuser shares the same construction and design as the smaller 3" focusers, but has been oversized to accommodate 3" observation accessories.
The clear opening is 3.2", so a 3" clamp can be used, which fits 3" eyepieces or 3" star diagonals. This is also the difference from standard 3" focusers.
Compared to 2" focusers, the focuser above all offers better illumination, which is necessary for working with larger chips or fast telescopes.
The adjustment range is generously dimensioned at 88.9 mm and is therefore also suitable for refractors with a large back focus.
