Omegon 1.25'' Prism erector 90°

Astronomical telescopes produce an inverted image. This is normally not a problem when observing the night sky, but it becomes a big problem if you want to observe nature. Omegon's 90° Amici prism offers the right solution. Inverts the image again and also displays it without inverting. In addition, it provides the observer with a viewing angle of 90°, which allows for comfortable viewing. This means that any refracting, Schmidt-Cassegrain or Maksutov telescope can also be used for terrestrial observation.

Optically critical surfaces are multi-coated to prevent unwanted reflections and increase the amount of light transmitted. The excellent mechanical finish of the housing provides a 1.25" insert diameter with filter thread and a compression ring to hold eyepieces securely.
