Variable projection and focal adapter: Universal connection for 1.25-inch eyepieces
An easy path to astrophotography begins with this projection adapter. Use your standard 1.25-inch Plössl or Kellner eyepieces for beautiful pictures of the moon or planets.
The advantages at a glance:
Projection adapter for 1.25-inch eyepieces up to 35mm outside diameter
Can be used as focal adapter with T2 thread
Continuous zoom: enlarge the image by pulling out the adapter
Two adapters in one component
The projection and focal adapter consists of two parts: the projection part and the focal adapter. The projection part is used with an eyepiece to achieve a high focal length for small objects, for example for individual lunar craters. You can use the focal length adapter without using an eyepiece with the focal length of your telescope. Use it to photograph the entire moon or gas nebulae and galaxies.
How to do it:
Attach this adapter to any telescope with a 1.25" eyepiece port. Insert an eyepiece of any focal length and you can image lunar craters and planets at high magnification. All you need is a T2 ring and a suitable camera with a bayonet connection.
With the zoom in the sky
Use the variable back of your adapter to achieve a zoom effect. Take out the cover and use it to enlarge the image, without changing the eyepiece.
