The short adapter was developed by Teleskop-Service based on practical experience. It is suitable for all Schmidt-Cassegrain and similar telescopes and fulfills several functions:
♦ Brief transition from SC thread to M48x0.75 male thread to use accessories with the appropriate female thread, eg photo adapters or offsets. The total optically effective length is only 8.5mm.
♦ 360° Rotation – So you can always carry your camera or visual accessories in the correct orientation for optimal image detail or the optimal viewing position.
♦ Quick Disconnect - You can detach the accessory from the telescope in a few seconds without the hassle of screwing. The tapered outer shape of the inner adapter ensures a perfect fit every time without tilting.
