TS-Optics adaptation to Vixen VMC & ED M48 - for TS OAG9
Do you have a Vixen ED (ED81S/ED102S/ED115S) or the Vixen VMC 200L or 260L and are you using the original Vixen Reducer?
This adapter allows direct and short connection of our 9mm off-axis guide to the corrector. You can use it to connect your camera and TS off-axis guider to the reducer while maintaining the required distances.
The TS off-axis guider can take over the function of a T2 ring, either directly or via one of the SKM48 adapters, so you can even use digital SLR cameras, eg Canon EOS cameras.
Another advantage: it has full lighting because the adaptation does not go through T2, but through M48. The adapter fits over the Vixen Reducer/Flattener and is secured with three thumb screws (plastic). This also gives you the 360° rotation needed to find the guide star.
