TS Optics 1.25" direct adapter for Canon EOS DSLR cameras - adapter for astrophotography through the telescope with your EOS camera
Attach your Canon EOS SLR camera directly to your telescope and use it as a powerful telephoto lens. The adapter fits all 1.25" focusers and also fits 2" focusers via the 1.25" reduction. On the other hand, you can connect your EOS DSLR camera directly. There is also a filter thread on the 1.25" filter on the side of the telescope or for our 2.6x Glass Path Compensation filter.
The adapter consists of 2 parts (2nd image):
♦ TSFA1 ... 1.25" T2 adapter
♦ Canon EOS T-ring with T2 female thread
What telescopes you can use with your SLR camera:
♦ any refractor with a 1.25" or 2" connection on the focuser
♦ any Cassegrain, Schmidt-Cassegrain, or Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope
♦ any larger Newtonian telescope. The smallest Newtonians have very little focuser-to-focus distance, so you wouldn't be able to focus the camera. Then you need our TSGWK26.
Accessories recommendation:
The TSGWK26 allows you to focus the camera with telescopes that are not actually designed for DSLR photography. The sharpening (focus) plane is set farther away so you can focus the camera. The magnification is increased by a factor of 2.6x.
