Managed by TS, this high quality triplet apochromat with an ED FPL53 element has been designed to be an optimal travel scope. Even at the highest magnifications, the image remains free of false colors and has a high degree of correction. The TS 80/480mm Super Apo FPL53 lens
This test shows the color aberration in relation to the wavelength of light. Even at magnifications greater than 200x, star images remain white. In astronomical images, even the brightest stars do not show blue fringes as is often seen with apos or FPL51 ED systems.
