The PSV7 is a flexible photo-threaded slotted dovetail rod for compact spotting scopes and spotting scopes.

TS-Optics EQ5 / Vixen Level Dovetail Rod with Photo Thread Connection
The dovetail bar allows the adaptation of compact telescopes, camera lenses or spotting scopes to astronomical mounts with quick couplings and also to photographic tripods.
The slot on one side of the rail allows the pipe clamps to be spaced between 107mm and 120mm. The two holes are designed for 1/4" and M6 Allen screws. The countersink is 7.5mm deep.
The dovetail bar also fits photographic tripods and panoramic heads:
The rail has a 1/4" female photo thread right in the middle. This means the rail will fit on photo tripods and tilt heads. You can also use it to attach your telescope or spotting scope to a photo tripod. The example is heavy on the upper part. .
